Data Security

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. How Long We Retain Your Information

When you register for an account, we process and keep most personal information that is processed on your behalf for as long as you are an active user of our services and application. We delete certain personal information we collect about you when we no longer have a legitimate business reason to retain it. When you deactivate your account, we begin deleting certain personal information that we no longer have a legitimate business reason to retain, such as your unique password and your tokenized payment account data. Additionally, there is often some personal information we must retain even after you deactivate your account to comply with legal requirements, such as personal information related to our contract and business transactions with you, which we need to retain for ten (10) years after your last interaction with us.

Where we process personal information for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process such information until you ask us to cease doing so and for a short period after this, (to allow us to fulfill your requests). We also keep a permanent record of the correspondence wherein you have asked us not to send you direct marketing materials or to process your information so that we can respect your request in the future.
